NTDP 18s Take the Weekend Sweep

NTDP 18s had the sweep in Muskegon against the Lumberjacks. There were many goal scorers from both teams. Boston University commit Jamie Glance netted the overtime goal and his second of the night for Team USA. 

The Sioux City Musketeers scored seven goals for the night in a 7-4 win over the Madison Capitols. There were multiple goal scorers: Max Anderson scored 2 goals, and both Trey Jefferis and William Tomko scored one goal and assisted on another. 

The Fargo Force and Dubuque Fighting Saints split the weekend series after a 6-2 Fargo win. Both teams took many penalties. Luke McNamara and Stepan Cerny scored within 40 seconds of each other for a 2-1 lead in the second. Another goal was scored by Fargo's goaltender, Samuel Hrenak, at 11:33 in the 3rd period. 

Green Bay finished the weekend with a sweep over Tri-City. 5 goals were scored by multiple Gamblers. Tri-City forward Evan Wanner got his first USHL goal at 9:51 in the third period. 

A back-and-forth battle in Lincoln resulted in a 6-4 win for the Chicago Steel. The Chicago goaltender Alex Wang had 50 shots against. Samuel Murin scored 2 for the Lincoln Stars, and Timothy Kazda got 3 assists for the Chicago Steel. 

Cedar Rapids topped Waterloo in a 5-2 win. They are now second in the Eastern Conference after this weekend's sweep. Cedar Rapids goal scorers include: Ruben Westerling, Jackson Fox, Henry Lechner, Carter Ernst, and Connor Davis.
