What to Watch For
- Lincoln remains in control of its own destiny in the race for the Anderson Cup, but the margin for error is shrinking. Sioux Falls is now just three points behind, with Dubuque only five back. Madison and Muskegon are within striking distance as well, sitting six points off the pace.
- As the battle for playoff seeding continues, the Madison Capitols, Muskegon Lumberjacks and Sioux Falls Stampede won three games last weekend. Madison travels to Muskegon for three games in three days this Friday through Sunday. The top two teams in each conference at the end of the regular season earn a bye in the first round of the Clark Cup Playoffs. More on the playoff structure.

- Ohio State commit Landen Gunderson (Sioux City Musketeers) leads the league with 66 points on 25 goals and 41 assists. Boston Bruins prospect and North Dakota commit Will Zellers (Green Bay Gamblers) leads the USHL with 41 goals, points per game (1.39) and ranks second in points (64), closing the gap between himself and Gunderson despite having played nine fewer games.
- Minnesota State commit Caden Lee (Omaha Lancers) is on a five-game goal-scoring streak with six goals since March 11.
- Michigan commit Adam Valentini (Chicago Steel) has seven points in his last seven games (2-5-7). Omaha commit Cameron Briere (Chicago Steel) has goals in four straight games with five goals and two assists in that stretch.
- Maine commit Lukas Peterson (Green Bay Gamblers) leads USHL defensemen in points with 42 points on seven goals and 35 assists. Vermont commit Caeden Herrington (Lincoln Stars) leads league defensemen with 16 goals.
- UConn commit Kam Hendrickson (Waterloo Black Hawks) leads USHL goalies with a 2.43 goals against average. Lindenwood commit Liam Beerman (Dubuque Fighting Saints) and Miami commit Shikhabutdin Gadzhiev (Muskegon Lumberjacks) pace netminders with .911 save percentages. Michigan State commit and Columbus Blue Jackets prospect Melvin Strahl leads the league with 29 wins. Lindenwood commit AJ Reyelts (Cedar Rapids RoughRiders) is the only goalie with four shutouts this season.
- Listed in order, Michigan State commit Ryker Lee (Madison Capitols), Adam Benák (Youngstown Phantoms) and Boston University commit Tynan Lawrence (Muskegon Lumberjacks) lead rookie scorers.
- Lincoln, Green Bay and Madison have the league’s best power plays, converting on roughly 28% of their chances. Sioux City, Madison and Waterloo have the league’s best penalty kills, hovering above 82%.
- Cedar Rapids RoughRiders head coach Mark Carlson has 772 career regular-season USHL wins. P.K. O’Handley holds the USHL record for most regular season wins with 778. The RoughRiders have seven games remaining. Carlson has coached more regular-season games than any coach in USHL history, surpassing O’Handley’s mark earlier this season.
