Andrew Bruggeman is the Manager, Advanced Officiating Development for USA Hockey. Bruggeman previously served as USA Hockey's Coordinator of Youth Officiating Development. On the ice, he was a referee in the USHL, where he officiated the 2015 USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game and the 2015 Clark Cup Final, as well as in the East Coast Hockey League and the American Hockey League.
A 2014 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a B.A. in Business Management, Bruggeman has been a referee in USA Hockey's system for more than two decades.
