The United States Hockey League is proud to celebrate Executive Vice President Stephanie Morgan as she marks 10 years with the United States Hockey League (USHL).

Morgan joined the league prior to the 2016-17 season as a Staff Accountant and has continued to grow within the organization over the past decade. After more than a year in her initial role, Morgan was promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting in November 2017, becoming the first female league director since 2008.

In September 2023, Morgan was named Executive Vice President, a position she still holds today.

Throughout her time with the USHL, Morgan has played an integral role in the league's business operations. She oversees the accounting and financial functions of the league office, including financial reporting, event budgeting and finance, officiating financial administration, and business operations involving league sponsors and licensees.

Beyond her contributions to the league, Morgan has become an important part of the culture within the USHL office. Her sense of humor, positive energy, and ability to make those around her laugh have made her a bright spot in the office and a valued teammate to those who have had the opportunity to work alongside her.

Before joining the USHL, Morgan spent more than three years as a Finance Specialist at a private bank. Her career in sports began as a Staff Intern with the Windy City ThunderBolts of the Frontier League. Morgan earned her master's degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.

From joining the league as a Staff Accountant to serving as Executive Vice President, Morgan's 10 years with the USHL represent a decade of leadership, growth, and dedication to the league and its member clubs.
