Courtemanche’s Hat Trick Leads Tri-City; Cedar Rapids Rallies

Fargo posts a shutout, Madison wins in a shootout and Green Bay takes an overtime victory.

Samuel Courtemanche’s hat trick powered Tri-City to a 7–3 win over Des Moines, while Cedar Rapids rallied from a two-goal deficit to take a 5–4 lead over Dubuque. Fargo scored four times in the third period to shut out Youngstown 4–0. Madison erased three one-goal deficits before beating Muskegon 4–3 in a shootout, and Holden Pajor’s overtime goal lifted Green Bay past Chicago 2–1. Sioux City got goals from five different players in a 5–3 win over Sioux Falls despite being outshot 41–20.

6 – Goals this season for Muskegon’s Zaac Charbonneau, who scored twice against Madison.

8 – Sioux Falls power plays killed by Sioux City in nine opportunities. Gavin Carr also scored shorthanded in the second period for what proved to be the game-winning goal.

33 – Chicago shots turned aside in Green Bay’s 2–1 overtime win. Cade Strom tied the game with 1:51 remaining in regulation before Holden Pajor scored unassisted at 3:13 of overtime.

38 – Sioux Falls shots turned aside as Sioux City won 5–3 despite being outshot 41–20. Juho Kuisma, Daniil Butin, Max Anderson, Gavin Carr and Dakotah Bailey scored for the Musketeers.
