USA Hockey announced Saturday the roster for the 2024 U.S. National Junior Team, which includes 22 players which have USHL ties.

This team will represent the United States in the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship Dec. 26, 2023 – Jan. 5, 2024, in Gothenburg, Sweden.

• The roster features 10 First Round NHL Draft picks with USHL experience including Sam Rinzel (CHI, 2022, #25), Cutter Gauthier (PHI, 2022, #5), Isaac Howard (TBL, 2022, #31), Ryan Leonard (WSH, 2023, #8), Rutger McGroarty (WPG, 2022, #14), Oliver Moore (CHI, 2023, #19), Frank Nazar III (CHI, 2022, #13), Gabe Perreault (NYR, 2023, #23), Will Smith (SJS, 2023, #4) and Jimmy Snuggerud (STL, 2022, #23).

Team USA has medaled in six of the last eight IIHF World Junior Championships, including earning bronze in the 2023 event.
