Sioux Falls Stampede 7 @ Team USA 2
The Stampede scored the first four goals of the game and cruised to their third straight win. Matt Bailey had a pair of goals and Michael Voran tallied his 20th of the season for Sioux Falls. Conor Allen (1g, 1a) and Brent Darnell (2a) each collected two points while goaltender Clay Witt made 37 saves to earn his 20th victory of the season. Bill Arnold and Austin Czarnik each scored for Team USA.
Waterloo Black Hawks 3 @ Fargo Force 6
The Force had a three-goal second period on their way to a two-game sweep of the Black Hawks and a berth in the USHL playoffs. J.P. Burkemper scored two goals and Corey Leivermann scored his second goal in as many nights for Fargo. Joe Rehkamp and Colten St. Clair each tallied for Fargo and goaltender Dayn Belfour made 29 saves for his second victory in as many nights. Patrick Divjak tallied his 20th goal of the season to extend his point streak to five games for the Black Hawks while J.T. Brown added his 25th goal.
Omaha Lancers 4 @ Green Bay Gamblers 5 (SO)
For the second straight night, the matchup of division leaders went to the shootout. Robert Francis scored in regulation and had the deciding goal in the shootout for the Gamblers. David Gerths scored his first goal in a Gamblers uniform since being acquired in a trade. William Kessel netted his second goal in as many nights and Grant Arnold also tallied for Green Bay. Troy Power recorded two goals for Omaha.
Sioux City Musketeers 2 @ Lincoln Stars 1
Ryan Carpenter scored his second goal in as many games and Stephan Vigier also made it consecutive games with a goal to give Sioux City their second victory of the weekend. Goaltender Matt Skoff made 23 saves to record his 15th win of the season for the Musketeers. Kyle Gibbons netted the lone goal for Lincoln and goaltender Matt Green made 29 saves in the loss.
Youngstown Phantoms 4 @ Tri-City Storm 5 (SO)
Jaden Schwartz recorded a hat trick and scored the deciding shootout goal to lead the Storm to victory. Two of the goals scored by Schwartz were shorthanded and he now has 30 goals for the season. Radoslav Illo scored in regulation and the shootout and Storm goaltender Carsen Chuback made 29 saves and stopped three of four in the shootout to earn the victory. Defenseman Andrej Sustr registered his first goal of the season for Youngstown and Brett Gensler scored with just nine seconds remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime.
Indiana Ice 2 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 1
Chris Martin and Bryon Paulazzo scored in the second period to lead the Ice to victory and hand Cedar Rapids their first loss in regulation since January 15th. Goaltender Cab Morris made 35 saves to post his 19th victory of the season. Jeff Costello scored the lone goal for the RoughRiders, his fourth in the last four games and team-leading 28th of the season.
