Des Moines Buccaneers 2 @ Sioux City Musketeers 5
Richard Zehnal scored the game-winner and Andrew Sinelli collected two points (1g, 1a) to help the Musketeers snap a nine-game winless skid (0-6-3). Adam Schmidt tallied his 10th goal of the season and Ryan Carpenter scored shorthanded for Sioux City. Stephan Vigier capped the game with his team leading 18th of the season and goaltender Matt Skoff made 19 saves to register his 14th win of the season. Ryan Walters collected two points (1g, 1a) for the Bucs while Mike Fink netted a goal for the third straight game.
Omaha Lancers 3 @ Green Bay Gamblers 2 (SO)
It took more than 60 minutes to decide the matchup between division leaders as the Lancers scored three times in the shootout to secure the victory. Seth Ambroz scored his 20th goal of the season and then clinched the win by converting in the fifth round of the shootout for Omaha. Camden Wojtala scored his third goal over his last four games for the Lancers and goaltender Jeff Teglia made 34 saves while stopping three of four Gamblers shootout attempts. Chris Crane and William Kessel scored in regulation for Green Bay.
Chicago Steel 3 @ Lincoln Stars 0
Connor Wilson stopped all 28 shots he faced to record his second shutout of the season for the Steel. Danny Mattson scored the game-winner while Mark Adams and Alex Carpenter also found the back of the net for Chicago. Jake Chelios dished out two assists for the Steel who wrapped up their four-game road swing with a 3-1-0 record.
Youngstown Phantoms 0 @ Tri-City Storm 2
Carsen Chubak made 25 saves on the way to his 17th victory and second shutout of the season for Tri-City. Making his season debut with the Storm, Mario Puskarich scored the game-winning goal. Defenseman Tyler Amburgey added his sixth goal of the season for the Storm.
Indiana Ice 2 @ Cedar Rapids RoughRiders 7
David Boehm scored two goals as the RoughRiders won their seventh straight and have not lost in regulation over their last 15 games (14-0-1). Jordan DiGiando and Derek DeBlois both scored their 11th goal of the season for Cedar Rapids and goaltender Cody Campbell made 19 saves to win his third straight start. Cason Hohmann added a goal to extend his point streak to five games. David Johnstone scored a goal to extend his point streak to six games for the Ice and Antti Roppo netted his 26th goal of the season.
Waterloo Black Hawks 2 @ Fargo Force 4
The 26th goal of the season by Chase Grant was the game-winner as the Force moved within two points of clinching a playoff berth. Johnnie Searfoss and Corey Leivermann both tallied their 17th goal of the season for Fargo while goaltender Dayn Belfour made 31 saves to earn the victory. Nate Condon added a goal to extend his point streak to seven games for the Force. Zach Palmquist and J.T. Brown scored for Waterloo.
